First of all, we would like to thank all of you who have supported the project in this NFT presale and all those early adopters who have gotten their Origin Cats and their Fishing License and are preparing for the adventure. This is a big step for Cat Island and we are very excited about the project.

How is the presale going?

We are more than happy for how things are going. The platform held strong and everything went smoothly. More than 3200 Origin Cats and 1300 Fishing Licenses sold in the first 48 hours! This has exceeded our expectations and it's just the beginning!

Can I still get an Origin Cat?

Yes! Presale is open until sold out or game launch. Origin Cats that don't get minted will be burned when the game launches and won’t be able to be minted again.

What’s next?

Now we have the necessary funds to continue with the development of the project and secure the best results.

Second, we will exchange all raised funds until now to stablecoin (BUSD) in order to prevent volatility and to guarantee the stability and developement of the project.

And finally, we want to explain how we are going to use these funds:

Marketing
We are building great relationships with creators around the world. We are proud about how well Cat Island has been received, and we look forward to leverage our future campaigns with the funds we have raised.
We are also going to pay those creators who have trusted us, as we owe them a payment for their excellent work over the last week.

Development
We will reinforce ourselves with new additions in all of our departments in order to both, speed up the development and reach higher quality standards, being able to release more content and features for the game.
We are going to withdraw 60000 BUSD from the dev wallet in order to pay Cat Island Team salaries, hire new members to the team and for several miscellaneous expenses such as server, hosting, storage, etc.
